Please note, you will need the following items to register your child for school:
- Proof of Age
- Proof of Immunizations
- Proof of Physical Health Exam (K & 1st grade only)
- Proof of Oral Health Exam (K & 1st grade only)
- Proof of Residency - Two (2) documents to verify your residency
- Transcript, withdrawal grades, or most recent report card (for placement purposes)
- If applicable, most current IEP or 504 Plan
- If applicable, check-out form from previous school

Registration will be complete once all forms are submitted and approved.
Dual Immersion Enrollment/Inmersión en Dos Idiomas

Twin Oaks Elementary School is moving forward with a 50/50 English/Spanish Dual Language Immersion Program for the 2019-2020 school year for students in grades TK and K. If you are not interested in the program, please submit an Intradistrict Transfer between April 24 - May 6, 2019. Click here to submit the intradistrict transfer application.

Comenzando el año escolar de 2019 a 2020, las escuela, Twin Oaks Elementary les ofrecerá a los alumnos de kínder de transcición (TK) y de kínder (K) un Programa de Inmersión 50:50 en Dos Idiomas (inglés/español) de día completo.
Si no le interesa el programa de inmersión en dos idiomas para su hijo(a), favor de llenar y enviar una solicitud de traslado Intradistrital entre el 24 de abril al 6 de may, 2019. La solicitud se encuentra aquí.

RESIDENCY VERIFICATION (Current students only)
Residency verification is required for all current students moving on to the next grade level. This process usually begins a few months prior to the beginning of the new school year.
